Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 & 6870 is Come

Later this week we bombed the manufacturers with a lot of press releases announcing new graphical models based on latest graphics AMD chip.  But, if you can not wait for that day to catch a glimpse of what will be, Donanim Haber gives us an exciting picture of the graph Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 and the Sapphire Radeon HD 6870.


The Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 has 960 stream processors, a GPU to 40nm Barts 775MHz, 1GB GDDR5 memory at 4000 MHz with 256-bit interface, refrigerator with at least a burly copper heat pipe, a PCIe power connector 6 pin dual DVI output, one HDMI and Display Port. In contrast, Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 has 1120 stream processors, a GPU to 900 MHz, 1GB of GDDR5 memory to 4200 MHz with 256-bit interface, two PCIe power connectors 6-pin, and provides the same outputs that his little sister.



The two graphs, which will be officially launched on 22 October as well as other HD 6850/6870 graphics from other assemblers provide DirectX 11 support, CrossFireX, 3D HD, UVD 3.0 and ATI technology that lets you connect multiple Eyefinity monitors.
